Due to the nature of this event, we will require that all participants be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Depending on BC Health restrictions in place at the time of the workshop, other procedures such as distancing and masking may be required.

The Salt Spring Island 3-day Baroque Music Workshop is for singers and instrumentalists who are interested in learning about historically informed performance practice. All students, amateurs, semi-professional and professional musicians who sing or play at an accomplished level are welcome. The workshop will provide a casual, friendly, and supportive atmosphere in which participants can learn about baroque style. Modern instruments A=440 will be used.
